SOCIETY AFFECTS OUR MENTAL HEALTH

Being aware of your mental health does not stop there, you need to work on it, just like being physically fit you need a good diet and a good portion of exercise, it goes with your mind in order to be healthy it needs to be fed with healthy foods.

 

We really cannot control our society on how they should be thinking, or how they should be more kind to others, because we live in a world with full of idealism, full of others opinion. We still have the control over our mind, because it’s ours, if you want to protect your mind, be picky! You wanted to grow? Be picky! You wanted to avoid toxic people or environments, it’s always your choice if you want to stay or not. We have the decision to control who we want to be, what we should think, and what we need to hear. Society does affect our Mental Health, it’s always up to us to what kind of society we want to be around. There’s always a choice in order for us to feed our mind with positivity and feed it with words that will give nutrients and will help us to become stronger not just Physically but also mentally.
